Certified as a Personal Trainer, Menopause Coaching Specialist, 250-hour Yoga Instructor, Group Fitness Coach, Mental Toughness & Wellness Coach - it is my job to help you take the guesswork out of how to bulletproof your body and brain in this critical next chapter of life.
 

My goal with clients isn't just to get them feeling, moving, and living better. It is to teach them why they are doing it and how to do it.
 

For too long, we've told women to get smaller, but when it comes to healthy, vibrant aging, we have to get STRONGER.
